You'll find belonging, purpose, and a team that welcomes you-because when you feel valued, you're empowered to do your best work.Job SummaryThe Asset Manager, Fuel Cells and LDES sits within the Energy team and supports the lifecycle management of Equinix's onsite and co-sited power generation portfolio, including fuel cells, Long Duration Energy Storage and other distributed generation assets. This role serves as the primary vendor contact and coordinates across Global Design & Construction (GDC), Operations, Energy, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure vendors are meeting contractual obligations and that the generating units are operating effectively in parallel to the grid or islanded.The role will be technical in nature given oversight from installation through operations, but the ideal candidate will have a strong commercial background with deep vendor and contract management experience.ResponsibilitiesAfter execution of the offtake agreements, serve as the primary interface with the vendor during installation, commissioning, and operations for onsite, co-sited, or aggregated DR resourcesCoordinate across Global Design & Construction (GDC), Operations, Energy, Legal and Finance to ensure delivery milestones are met and contractual obligations are being achievedSupport the review and execution of required agreements and/or amendments (e.g., change orders, financing agreements) in alignment with internal governanceTrack and report on the actual o
