The Site Deployment Lead provides technical and operational leadership for the planning, readiness, coordination, execution, and acceptance of integrated infrastructure deployments at NATO locations.The position leads and coordinates the on-site physical and automated implementation of Platform, Network, Firewall, Backup & Recovery, IaaS, DevOps, and supporting enterprise capabilities. The Site Deployment Lead ensures solutions developed and integrated by the engineering organization are successfully installed, configured, integrated, validated, commissioned, and accepted at customer sites.The position is expected to be onsite 5 days a week at the Customer Site in The Hague, Netherlands, with frequent travel to NATO sites supporting implementation and deployment activities.Primary ResponsibilitiesLead planning, readiness, coordination, and execution of integrated infrastructure deployments at NATO customer sites.Develop and maintain site deployment plans, implementation schedules, readiness criteria, installation sequences, resource plans, deployment checklists, and completion criteria.Coordinate Platform, Network, Firewall, Backup & Recovery, IaaS, DevOps, cybersecurity, test, and other engineering disciplines throughout site implementation.Serve as the primary technical coordination point between on-site engineering teams, programme leadership, remote engineering teams, NATO customer stakeholders, and technical partners.Lead site readiness activities with NATO customer representatives and technical partners to verify facilities, rack space, power, cabling, network connectivity, IP addressing, equipment, software, credentials, certificates, security/access requirements, engineering documentation, and other technical prerequisites are complete prior t
