You handle Level‑2 support for enrollment, policies, application deployments, patching and compliance across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android devices. The role focuses on reliable execution of standard procedures, incident and request resolution within SLA, operational packaging and deployment follow‑up, and strict adherence to security and governance rules. Complex cases are escalated to L3, while contributing operational input to RCA and continuous improvement.Who You AreKey Skills • Operational experience with Omnissa/Workspace ONE and Jamf Pro • Windows, macOS and iOS device support fundamentals • Basic packaging and deployment understanding (Win32/MSIX/pkg) • Basic scripting skills (PowerShell and/or Bash) • ITIL Foundation mindset; security awareness; disciplined executionLanguages • English: B2 minimum • French: B2 minimum OR Italian: B2 minimumPreferred Certifications • Workspace ONE Administrator (entry/intermediate level) • Jamf 100+ (or equivalent entry‑level Jamf certification) • ITIL v4 FoundationRequired Experience • 1-5 years in EUC / Device Management or endpoint support • Proven experience in Level‑2 operations for device enrollment, deployments and compliance.Being YouThe "Kyn" in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our custom
