Description Complex Claims Specialist, Financial Lines Professional Liability Liberty Mutual is seeking an experienced claims professional to own a sophisticated book of Private Company and Not-For-Profit Directors & Officers (D&O) and Employment Practices Liability (EPL) claims. This is a role for a seasoned specialist - someone who can operate with minimal oversight, exercise sound independent judgment on complex coverage and liability questions, and manage claims with real financial and reputational stakes from first notice through resolution. If you have advanced D&O and/or EPL claims experience, this is the job for you!You'll bring deep technical expertise in Employment Practices Liability and/or Management Liability coverage, a strong grasp of litigation strategy, and the confidence to make high-authority decisions on reserving, settlement, and case direction.
