They are expected to build strong partnerships with Corporate Development, Tax, Controllership, FP&A, GDC, Legal and Operations, among other teams to support transaction execution, assess market opportunities and develop investment recommendations.The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and financial modeling skills with strategic thinking, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to effectively communicate insights to the Equinix executive leadership.ResponsibilitiesTransaction Evaluation & ExecutionSupport the execution of strategic transactions.Support due diligence efforts across internal stakeholders and external advisors.Support in the development of investment memos and executive-level presentations for senior leadership and approval committees.Assist in transaction structuring, negotiation support, and execution activities.Financial Modeling & Decision SupportBuild and maintain complex financial models to evaluate strategic investments and growth initiatives.Conduct discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company, precedent transaction, and other valuation analyses.Analyze financial and operational perfo
