You will lead the dual engine of Germany's expansion: identifying and scaling high-impact Growth Bets (Teens, Seniors, Courier, Health) and driving Rider Growth across premium product lines, memberships, and loyalty partnerships.You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, and City Ops to ensure that every rider and driver experience is seamless, whether they are leaving a sold-out stadium or discovering a new Uber product for the first time.What You'll DoDrive Rider Growth Engine: Architect and optimise top-of-funnel and in-funnel rider acquisition, conversion, and resurrection strategies to build the most efficient growth funnel across GermanyDrive Premium, Membership & Loyalty: Grow Uber One and the premium LOB mix in Germany.
