Success requires strong analytical skills, technical acumen, and the ability to translate complex operational challenges into practical, sustainable solutions.ResponsibilitiesService Delivery & Operational ExcellenceDrive continuous improvement of service delivery processes and operational capabilities supporting Equinix's global products and services portfolioEstablish and promote standardized processes, operational controls, and best practices across regional and global teamsIdentify operational risks, process inefficiencies, and service delivery gaps, and implement scalable solutions to improve quality, consistency, and customer outcomesPartner with Product Management, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure operational requirements are incorporated into product and service designSupport operational readiness
