This involves the development and implementation of specific sales strategies customized for enterprise-level customers that highlight the Teamwork Collection, utilize dynamic use cases involving Loom and Rovo along with traditional Atlassian solutions of Jira and Confluence, and achieving aggressive revenue targets. Collaborative efforts are frequently undertaken with Core account teams, Channel Partners, other Product Specialists, Account Managers, and Solution Engineers to refine sales procedures, drive value propositions, and elevate customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be accountable for recruiting top sales professionals, nurturing a culture of high performance, and cultivating strong relationships with key Enterprise and Strategic clients.Leading and managing a team of Teamwork Collection Specialists to achieve sales targets and revenue goals within the Enterprise and Strategic segments.Developing and implementing strategic sales plans and initiatives to penetrate and expand market share in the Enterprise and Strategic segments.Providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance to the sales team to help them develop their skills and achieve their individual targets.Setting performance goals and metrics for the sales team and monitoring their progress towards meeting these goals.Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new members of the sales team as needed to support business growth objectives.Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing
