As part of this team, you'll lead Renewal Managers who manage customer relationships, renewal strategies, and business outcomes across a significant portfolio.About the role As a Manager, Renewals, you'll lead a team of Renewal Managers and own a focused portion of the renewals business-approximately $125 million to $400 million in annual contract revenue across approximately 2,000 customer renewals.You'll be the direct coach and performance leader for your team, accountable for renewal results, talent development, and team engagement. This is an operational leadership role with close connection to customers and frontline execution. You'll translate organizational strategy into clear priorities, establish strong operating rhythms, remove obstacles, and help your team deliver consistently.Key responsibilities: Own renewal outcomes for your assigned portfolio and lead the team to achieve or exceed renewal rate, linearity, multi-year attach, and uplift targets.Lead, coach, and develop Renewal Managers through regular one-on-one meetings, real-time feedback, skill development, and clear performance expectations.Establish operating standards and team rhythms, including weekly forecast reviews and monthly business reviews.Partner with Sales and
