About the Role The role will provide the highest possible level of Event Travel Management to key clients, General Manager, Global Head of Event Travel, Team Leads and the Event Travel Team overall. You will develop relationships across all areas of Reed & Mackay sharing best in class market knowledge of Event Travel and thus supporting clients’ key objectives in arranging events. The Event Travel Manager will ensure maximum revenue generation in all areas of Reed & Mackay Event Travel while always ensuring significant return on investment to the client   What You'll Do: As a primary client liaison of the Event Travel Department, you will further the vision and goals of R&M by providing outstanding support across the US. Assist our travellers with best-in-class personalized travel support, by helping them resolve issues before, during, and after travel. This may require helping with basic cancellations, changes, and updates to hotel, flight, car, and/or rail bookings. Provide accurate and detailed fare information for hotel, flight, car, and rail bookings, as needed. Work closely with client contacts to understand and meet program objectives/outcomes. Identifies clients' measures of critical success factors for project Maintains thorough project documentation to ensure contract and documentation policy compliance (i.e., service agreements, SLAs, etc.) Troubleshoot issues by regularly referring to our agent tools for guidelines on how to best assist the traveller.
