The role serves as the bridge between Product Development and Operations, owning Product Quality, manufacturing readiness and continuous improvement initiatives.Primary ResponsibilitiesLead Product Quality investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions for customer, field and manufacturing issues.Drive Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews throughout product development to improve manufacturability, assembly efficiency and product robustness.Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to improve manufacturing processes, supplier quality and production readiness.Develop quality plans, inspection criteria, validation requirements and engineering documentation supporting production releases.Analyze warranty data, customer feedback and field perf
