In this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to lead the end-to-end setup of new client payrolls, shaping the SOPs that keep our onboarding accurate and scalable as we grow.Contract: Full-time contractorHours: UK business hoursWhat you’ll be doing:New Payroll Setup: Lead end-to-end configuration of new client payrolls, including pay elements, tax codes, pension schemes, and statutory settings.SOPs & Process: Develop, document, and maintain SOPs for payroll onboarding to ensure consistency, quality, and a repeatable process as we scale.Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients during onboarding, guiding them through data collection, system setup, and go-live.Cross-Team Collaboration: Liaise with the wider payroll team, onboarding team, customer success, and product to ensure a smooth handover, aligned timelines, and resolution of any issues that arise during setup.Feedback Loop: Flag rec
