You have extensive game development experience and experience managing third party developers. Senior Producer - Horizon Worlds Responsibilities: Work with external partners to build a product scope and then effectively communicate that vision internally while holding teams accountable for schedule and quality.Proactively identify gaps in development coverage, as well as identify minor and major risks, propose mitigation solutions, and escalate to Executive Producer and Directors all while executing against targetsWork with Leads to coordinate a broad set of programming across gaming content for Horizon Worlds, consistently communicating with cross functional partners to provide schedules, timelines and help drive the overall content programming planManage milestones and deliverables from external partners, addressing high level production issues to allow the team to deliver items on time and achieve the highest possible game qualityWork cross-functionally to gather requirements, collect feedback, and assist in breaking down complex initiatives into simple, compelling designs with actionable steps and proper estimated schedules/timelinesConceptualize interesting and achievable Mobile/VR designs and interactions suited to Horizon and its audienceHelp manage game related documentation, QA teams, and operational efficiencies for games in development.
