Job Description SummaryThis role is responsible for the safe, compliant, and profitable execution of Major Component Upgrade (MCU) and Blade projects across North America.The Project Manager independently leads assigned projects from planning through closeout, maintaining accountability for safety, quality, schedule, cost, customer satisfaction, and contractual compliance. The role serves as the primary liaison between customers, field execution teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.Successful candidates demonstrate strong leadership, sound business judgment, and the ability to make operational decisions in dynamic field environments.Job DescriptionEssential ResponsibilitiesSafety, Quality & ComplianceChampion a strong safety culture and lead by example.Accountable for project EHS performance and corrective action closure.Ensure compliance with GE Vernova safety standards, customer requirements, and regulatory obligations.Maintain prevailing wage compliance and support certified payroll accuracy.Ensure project documentation remains audit-ready throughout execution.Own quality documentation, inspection records, punch list management, and final customer acceptance.Lead lessons learned and continuous improvement activities following project completion.Project Execution & LeadershipOwn end-to-end execution of assigned MCU and Blade projects.Develop detailed execution plans aligned with customer requirements and operational constraints.Lead project kickoff meetings and establish clear expectations with field teams and stakeholders.Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and recovery plans.Drive execution excellence through daily, weekly, and milestone-based project reviews.Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.Financial ManagementDevelop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.Monitor labor, equipment, crane, subcont
