If you like asking "why" before "how," enjoy connecting dots across a business, and want to see your analysis directly influence the company's biggest bets, this is where finance stops being a back-office function and starts driving strategy.</p> <h1> </h1> <h1><strong>What you'll do</strong></h1> <ul> <li>Business Performance Analysis: Track how our games and business units are performing, surfacing the trends and outliers that matter to leadership.</li> <li> Investment & Scenario Modeling: Support financial models that frame strategic decisions — from new game investments to portfolio bets and growth scenarios.</li> <li>Insight Generation: Translate complex data into clear narratives that help executives understand trade-offs and act on them.</li> <li>Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Studios, UA, Product, and Data teams to connect financial outcomes to the operational levers behind them.</li> </ul> <h1> </h1> <h1><strong>What you'll need</strong></h1> <ul> <li>Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, with expected graduation between July 2027 and December 2027.</li> <li>Strong analytical mindset, structured thinking, and the ability to communicate ideas clearly.</li> <li>Some experience with data analysis with spreadsheets</
