This role is ideal for a relationship-driven sales professional with experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and building long-term client partnerships.ResponsibilitiesDevelop a strong understanding of client organizations, priorities, and employee benefit strategiesUse consultative, solution-based sales approaches to manage complex 2-18 month sales cyclesBuild and maintain relationships with C-suite and senior business leaders, including CEOs, CHROs, and Executive Directors. Negotiate contractual terms with prospective and existing clientsGrow existing partnerships through upsell and expansion efforts within assigned territories. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution and implementationDevelop and execute short- and long-term territory and account strategies.
