This senior leadership role will be responsible for developing and implementing credit risk policies, optimizing portfolio performance, and building a high-performing team to support our UK market operations.Key ResponsibilitiesCredit Risk Strategy & ManagementDevelop and execute comprehensive credit risk strategies for the UK credit card portfolioDesign and optimize credit policies, underwriting criteria, and risk-based pricing modelsMonitor portfolio performance metricsImplement proactive risk management fra
