Together, we're improving health and improving lives.Labcorp is hiring a remote based Specialty Customer Support Executive - Strategic Accounts to support the East/Central Coast.Essential duties and responsibilities: Responsibilities:Responsible for onboarding, maintaining, and cultivating relationships with key accounts/practices to guarantee a top-level customer experience. This includes but is not limited to:• Provide support to all assigned accounts, which includes but is not limited to running reports, ordering kits, monitoring TAT, dealing with lab issues, specialty pricing requests, updating Salesforce, EMR, and portal requests (75% of job responsibilities)• Execute all internal sales operations needed to establish a new practice, including: shipping kits; coordinating portal set-up with IT and portal usage (add users, resend invites, etc.); developing intervention/ remediation plans as needed• Utilize comprehensive analysis to target selected low-volume clients and potential new clients via cold calling for new growth opportunities and generate leads for aligned Directors of Strategic Accounts• Work collaboratively with Labcorp Divisio
