You work at the core of our go-to-market, side by side with the founders, marketing, product, and sales ops, refining how we sell and keeping the pace high.You join a small, ambitious team and help define how we win customers and grow them across international markets. Whether you come from a generalist background or have years of selling behind you matters less than this: you pick things up quickly, you are comfortable with complex problems, and you can explain value in plain terms.The job sits where AI, SaaS, and operational excellence (supply chain, for example) meet. You will use AI tools in your daily work and get noticeably better at your job because of it.What You'll DoTake ownership of the customer after the first pitch and carry the relationship through close, integration, and later expansion.Build lasting relationships with C-level executives and their teams inside large, complex enterprises.Lead customers through deep dives and product Go-Lives, then keep the relationship growing over time.Develop a thorough understanding of what our customers struggle with, particularly in operational areas such as supply chain.Work closely with product engineers and founders, bringing wh
