A strong focus is placed on operational excellence, data accuracy, and consistency of HR processes in a high-volume and evolving environment, particularly within the Spanish scope.The position combines HR case management with an extensive range of HR operations activities. The specialist manages employee and manager inquiries via MyKyndryl and HR ticketing systems, ensuring end-to-end case resolution in line with SLAs, quality standards, and employee experience expectations.A significant part of the role is dedicated to HR operations execution, including: • maintenance of employee data in HR systems• processing of employment documentation• execution of employee lifecycle transactions• support of payroll-related processes and issue resolutionThe specialist acts as an operational point of contact for the assigned countries, ensuring coordination across HR stakeholders and clear ownership of processes.
