Bechtel is seeking an enthusiastic Workforce Services professional to support engagement, retention, and recruitment initiatives across Bechtel's North America Projects.In partnership with Project Workforce Services teams and other functional partners, the successful candidate will support programs and strategies designed to strengthen the Craft Professional employee experience, promote a positive site culture, support employee wellbeing, and enhance Bechtel's position as an employer of choice within the construction industry.This position provides the opportunity to collaborate with Projects across the organization, identify opportunities to improve engagement and retention outcomes
