Project Overview: Bechtel has been appointed by the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) to provide Construction Management Services for Phase II (BSVII) of the BART Silicon Valley Program. The Program extends the BART system from Berryessa/North San Jose through downtown San Jose to Santa Clara.
