Senior Product Manager, Agent Performance

About the teamZillow's Preferred program connects customers with tens of thousands of partner agents across the country. Our team makes sure every customer is matched with the best agent for them. We decide how agent performance is measured, how that performance drives which agents customers are matched with, and how agents and their team leaders see and improve their results. We're a cross-functional team of product, data science, engineering, and design, and we work closely with legal, operations, and marketing. Our work sits where data, marketplace design, and user experience meet, and every decision we make affects millions of customers and thousands of real estate agents.About the roleWe're looking for someone who enjoys tackling complex problems and delivering meaningful results. Today we measure performance for each individual agent across the whole home-buying journey. The next step is building one consistent way to measure performance that drives everything: how agents are evaluated, how buyers are matched with agents, and the coaching that helps agents get better. Much of performance management still depends on one-to-one support from our operations team, and that doesn't scale to tens of thousands of agents. This role will lead the move to products and systems that do scale. You'll own the agent performance experience end to end, along with the tools team leaders use to manage their agents.You Will Get To:Define how agent performance is measured and set the roadmap for how it changes over time, including which inputs it uses and how changes reach agents, working with data science and engineeringShape how performance drives matching, balancing agent supply with customer demand across markets so customers get great agents and strong agents get more opportunitiesBuild the performance experience agents see, including reports, rankings, notifications, and AI-driven coaching, so every agent knows where they stand and which step will help mostGive team leaders c
