Your tasks Champion users and outcomes: Keep a user-first perspective in every decision and make complex packaging and compliance workflows intuitive, clear, and measurable. Conduct user research and discovery: Lead interviews, usability tests, and workshops to understand customer workflows, pain points, and recurring UX friction. Shape workflows and interaction models: Partner with Product and Engineering from early problem framing through solution design, turning complex requirements into coherent end-to-end experiences.
