Job Summary: In this role, you will monitor work practices daily on a field project and advise superiors of observed or anticipated labor problems. You will support staffing plans, wage trend studies, and the development and presentation of craft training and orientation programs. Your work will contribute to positive workplace relationships by facilitating communication and ensuring compliance with labor laws. "This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and will require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project.
