Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, you'll identify opportunities, lead system initiatives, and help optimize the use of key supply chain technologies, including ERP platforms.In this role, you'll also lead and develop a team of professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support while fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and exceptional service. Applies process improvement techniques to recommend and implement solutions. Defines system project requirements, final solutions, and interfaces.Coordinates decisions based on business requirements, system functionality, and "best business practices."Facilitates on-going changes to system configuration and design to stay current with changing business needs. Participates in system configuration, data conversion, and testing processes.Prepares and updates system and process documentation including functional specifications, configuration settings, testing procedures, end user documentation, etc.Facilitates the preparation and delivery of end-user training on systems and assists users with questions as necessary.
