The successful candidate must combine strong leadership capabilities with deep technical expertise and active involvement in day-to-day technical activities.The role is not limited to people leadership and coordination. The individual is expected to provide technical direction, lead complex problem resolution, participate directly in implementation activities, and serve as the senior technical authority for the environment.LeadershipExcellent English communication skills to effectively lead discussions with clients, partners, and technical teams.Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate team activities, mentor technical resources, and provide strategic and technical direction.Ability to lead complex technical initiatives while maintaining active involvement in project execution.Deep understanding of ITSM processes, including Change, Incident, Problem, and Service Management disciplines.Extensive Technical Background as a z/OS Systems Programmer (Mandatory).Required: Extensive hands-on experience in a senior z/OS Systems Programmer role.The candidate must have demonstrated practical experience performing the following activitie
