This role partners closely with Subject Matter Experts, trainers, business leaders, and external partners to identify capability gaps, define learning strategies, and operationalize scalable training programs through regional learning centers and digital platforms. This leader will drive modern, high-impact learning experiences using adult learning principles, digital learning technologies, and innovative delivery methods such as virtual and blended learning.
