About the role: The Samsara Tax Department strives to be a best-in-class tax function that manages core tax processes efficiently while continuously adding value across the business. We are looking for an International Tax Manager to own the foreign subsidiary tax provision and U.S. international tax compliance, including Forms 5471 and 8858, Subpart F, GILTI, FDDEI and BEAT, as well as international compliance across the Americas region (direct tax), including Canada and Mexico. This is a new role that will split the U.S. quarterly close between domestic and international, so that the international provision and compliance work runs alongside domestic return preparation and helps us accelerate our time to file.
