Senior Field Marketing Specialist - Strategic Relations

<h2>About the Role</h2> <p data-pm-slice="1 1 []">We are looking for a Senior Field Marketing Specialist to join VTEX Brazil's B2B organization, with a focus on strategic relationship programs that generate demand and commercial opportunities.</p> <p>In this role, you will own and evolve programs such as VTEX Ambassadors and Reseller, turning influence, referrals, and long-term relationships into a structured and measurable source of leads and pipeline.</p> <p>You will be responsible for the full program lifecycle, from identifying and recruiting new participants to driving engagement, tracking productivity, and measuring commercial impact.</p> <p>Your responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Own the VTEX Ambassadors program end-to-end, ensuring strong governance, continuous execution, and ongoing evolution.</li> <li>Identify, engage, and recruit new Ambassadors with strong potential to influence the market and generate commercial opportunities.</li> <li>Drive activation and engagement of existing Ambassadors, increasing participation and recurring contribution to demand generation.</li> <li>Monitor leads, opportunities, conversion, and pipeline originated through the Ambassadors program in partnership with Sales.</li> <li>Structure, operate, and develop the Reseller program as an additional source of demand through strategic relationships and referrals.</li> <li>Recruit and develop new Reseller participants and monitor their productivity and contribution over time.</li> <li>Use performance data to identify opportunities to improve activation, conversion, and overall program effectiveness.</li> <li>Execute strategic relationship and partnership initiatives connected to the programs under your responsibility.</li> <li>Use data, AI, and automation to identify potential participants, pri
