Job Description SummaryThe Quality Read Across and Knowledge Management Leader, you will architect an enterprise learning system that systematically converts individual investigations into widespread prevention across GE Vernova. A core focus of this role is scaling our Read Across process-driving the rapid identification of systemic issues, cross-business deployment of lessons learned, and enterprise-wide visibility into repeat-risk exposure and corrective-action adoption to ensure proactive risk mitigation.Job DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesBusiness Process Management Systems (e.g. Quality Management Systems, Integrated Management Systems). Work to develop, implement, and monitor overall process mapping for quality improvement purposes. Standardization of processes, tools and performance management system.Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise within their discipline. May require strong commercial awareness, and is expected to influence the development of strategy within own area, including control of resources and influences policy formulation.May lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Communicates difficult concepts and may influence others' options on particular topics. May guide others to consider a different point of view.Impacts the team's ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives. Work is subject to functional policy objectives.
