This role combines expertise in Workday reporting, SQL-based data analysis, and stakeholder consulting to support HR, Legal, Compliance, Employee Relations, and business partners in making informed decisions through trusted people data.The successful candidate will look beyond the initial request to understand the underlying business challenge, identify root causes, and recommend scalable solutions that deliver meaningful business value. Working across Workday and enterprise data platforms, they will transform complex requirements into reporting, analytics, and data solutions while considering upstream and downstream impacts across people, process, and technology ecosystems.
