At the intersection of Marketing, Product, Data, and Sales Operations, we build scalable, automated experiences that drive engagement, conversion, and retention across B2C and B2B journeys.About the roleThe Senior Marketing Technology Architect, StreetEasy partners with marketing, engineering, and external vendors to design, integrate, and operate StreetEasy's lifecycle marketing technology stack - including Iterable, Hightouch, SparkPost, and HubSpot. This role leads complex, cross-functional technical programs from discovery through implementation, aligning data, systems, and stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable capabilities for StreetEasy's marketing ecosystem.You will get to- Lead end-to-end technical programs for StreetEasy's MarTech platforms - Iterable, Hightouch, SparkPost, HubSpot - from requirements and planning through implementation, launch, and ongoing optimization.- Configure, integrate, and operate marketing technology platforms to enable centralized audience management, campaign execution, and reporting, including data contracts, event schemas, and reverse ETL sync cadences.- Design and manage data flows and ETL processes connecting marketing platforms to Databricks, Salesforce, and Airbyte, ensuring data quality, governance, and timely availability.- Coordinate cross-team delivery by aligning backlogs, sprint schedules, and release plans across marketing, engineering, data, and vendor teams, resolving dependencies and risks proactively.- Own the vendor relationships across these owned systems, overseeing our individual tool usage, budgets and evaluating the stack as a whole.
