We are a product-led team looking for someone with sharp product judgment, hands-on content execution, and a genuine understanding of how people work and what earns their attention.ResponsibilitiesDevelop deep, working knowledge of the Zoom AI Productivity Suite, including who uses it, what problems it solves for small and medium-sized businesses and independent creators, how it compares to alternatives, and where its real advantages lieDefine and maintain positioning and messaging that starts with the user problem, not the feature list, and translates product capabilities into clear, specific, outcome-oriented valueOwn the end-to-end creation and publication of product content, including short-form demos, screen recordings, tutorials, comparisons, social posts, emails, and web copy, from initial concept through measurement, without depending on an agency or production teamUse AI tools fluently across the full content workflow, including research, ideation, scripting, demo creation, editing, and rapid iteration, to move quickly without sacrificing qualityBuild a repeatable content and dist
