Since then, we’ve continued to grow rapidly as adoption of AI in financial services accelerates, and we’re now scaling our team to meet that demand.The OpportunityWe’re looking for an experienced Technical Lead to take technical ownership of the core services that underpin Aveni’s platform.This is a senior, hands-on engineering role with responsibility for the architecture, quality and operational reliability of the foundations our product teams build upon. You’ll work across areas including client-data ingestion and preprocessing, CRM integrations and APIs, multi-tenancy, identity and authentication, and data lifecycle and retention.You’ll lead the technical direction of a team of around six to seven engineers, remaining close to the code while making architectural decisions, setting engineering standards and helping other engineers grow.Our platform supports regulated financial-services organisations, so reliability, security, auditability and data isolation aren’t afterthoughts — they’re fundamental to how we design and build.What You’ll Be DoingOwning the technical architecture and direction of Aveni’s core platform services.Designing and building scalable, event-driven services on AWS.Developing and evolving our client-data ingestion capabilities, enabling new clients and data sources to be
