Reporting to the Senior Tax Director, Global Indirect Tax, this role is responsible for indirect tax compliance, audit management, and day-to-day advisory support in a complex and fast-paced business environment.This is a hands-on manager role that balances technical tax execution with a mandate for process transformation. In addition to managing end-to-end indirect tax compliance in-house, the role plays a key part in evolving how indirect tax work is performed by modernizing workflows and embedding tax requirements into financial systems. Success in this role means ensuring high-quality compliance while proactively driving automation and scalability across the region.The ideal candidate has strong indirect tax technical skills, Big 4 and/or multinational experience, and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesIndirect tax ownership and advisoryOwn all indirect tax matters for Mexico, Peru, Chile, and other LATAM countries as assigned, including VAT/IVA, withholding taxes, and other transaction taxesAct as t
