This role requires a strong technical and people leader with deep expertise in enterprise systems, data flows, platform modernization, migration programs, and large-scale delivery execution.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the design and delivery of enterprise integrations and automation solutions across ERP, Billing, Revenue, CRM, HRIS, and related platforms.</li> <li>Define scalable integration patterns, system interfaces, API strategies, data flows, and engineering standards across enterprise applications.</li> <li>Apply an AI-first approach to solution development by identifying opportunities to improve automation, operational efficiency, insights, and engineering productivity through AI-enabled capabilities where appropriate.</li> <li>Ensure AI-enabled solutions are implemented responsibly, with appropriate governance, security, explainability, and alignment to business objectives.</li> <li>Lead system migration initiatives, including transition planning, cutover strategy, dependency mapping, risk management, and business continuity considerations.</li> <li>Drive data archival and retention strategies, ensuring compliance, accessibility, cost efficiency, and operational integrity.</li> <l
