You will build relationships with major retailers and consumer brands, understand where technology is holding their business back, from omnichannel and e-commerce resilience to peak-season uptime, store modernisation and customer-data platforms, and shape the early stages of large, multi-year Kyndryl engagements.You will present Kyndryl's full portfolio, work alongside senior client leaders, and pass well-qualified opportunities to our subject matter experts and Customer Technology Advisors to close, staying involved to keep momentum with the client. This work matters.
