This role ensures compliance with accounting policies, U.S. GAAP and internal controls while maintaining the integrity of fixed asset records. The role supports financial close and audit activities and serves as a key business partner to cross-functional teams involved in capital project execution and asset management.The ideal candidate will have experience managing a diverse portfolio of fixed asset across multiple entities/countries, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, and working within Oracle Cloud.ResponsibilitiesManage the review and approval of asset capitalization activity across a large portfolio of global fixed asset subledgers, ensuring compliance with company policy and accounting standardsOversee the accurate recording of fixed asset additions, transfers, retirements, impairments, and adjustments within the Oracle Fixed Assets subledgerPrepare and review general ledger journal entries related to CAPEX, and other assigned areasEnsure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions in accordance with U.S. GAAP, company policies, and internal control requirementsPrepare and review account reconciliationsParticipate in
