Description Senior Analyst / Consultant - Property & Specialty ProductAbout the RoleAt Liberty Mutual, we're simplifying how we build and bring insurance products to market. The US Retail Markets Property & Specialty Product Delivery team is leading a large-scale business and technology transformation that will redefine how we compete in Personal Lines.We're hiring a Senior Analyst or Consultant to join our Property & Specialty Product Program Management team - a high-visibility group at the center of that effort. In this role, you'll help define our next generation of Property & Specialty products and build the roadmap to deliver them. You'll work across one of the broadest portfolios in Personal Lines - Homeowners, Condo, and Specialty - partnering with leaders across Product, Technology, and Delivery to turn complex problems into clear, actionable solutions. This is a role with unusual scope. Beyond supporting a single workstream, you'll help shape cross-functional working models, influence product strategy, and design the structures that keep a major transformation on track.
