GTM - Intern (Sales)

The mission:comstruct is building the agentic workforce for European construction. Our agents turn paper delivery notes, fragmented invoices and offline supplier decisions into structured, real-time data and live decisions, embedded inside the largest contractors in Europe and the US. To accelerate this journey, we secured a €12.5M seed financing round from 20VC and Google Ventures, along with top European investors. What you’ll do:Join comstruct’s Go to Market team and help shape how we bring innovation to one of the world’s largest industries, construction. As a GTM Intern, you’ll be at the heart of our sales engine, turning data, creativity and persistence into real customer impact.As a company, we value in-person collaboration and expect employees to work from our Munich office at least 4 days a week.What you will be building 🏗️Cultivate and nurture relationships with B2B prospects from the construction industry by proactively reaching out to generate interest and schedule discovery callsUtilize multiple channels (LinkedIn, email, phone) to identify potential customers, build outreach campaigns and create engagement with key decision-makersSupport comstruct’s Go-to-Market initiatives by researching new customer segments, analyzing target markets and helping to refine our sales strategyCollaborate with the GTM team to track results, improve CRM data quality and optimize our lead generation processesStay informed about industry trends, competitors and digitalization initiatives within the construction spaceWhat you need to succeed ✨Passion for B2B software sales and a strong interest in startups, SaaS and digital transformationProactive and curious mindset, eager to learn how Go-to-Market and Sales strategies work in fast-scaling companiesAnalytical and structured working style, combined with strong attention to detailExcellent communication skills in German (C2 required) and English.
