We work collaboratively with Accounting and business partners to ensure accuracy and alignment. We exist to provide the financial insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization.ResponsibilitiesSupporting the building and maintaining of annual plans and rolling forecasts for Revenue, Billings, Collections, and Free Cash Flow in partnership with cross-functional stakeholdersMonitoring performance against forecasts and providing variance analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunitiesDelivering financial reporting and analysis to senior leadership on business performance, forecasting accuracy, and key trendsDeveloping long-range financial plans that align with strategic business objectives and growth targetsEvaluating and improving forecasting methodologies, tools, and processes to increase accuracy, scalability, and automationWhat We're Looking ForDemonstrate 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Accounting, Consulting, or related corporate finance rolesApply advanced financial modeling skills using Excel and Google Sheets/SlidesAnalyze data using SQL or similar advanced analytical toolsCommunicate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, both written and verbalManage multiple priorities and deliver accurate results under tight deadlinesHold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field, or equivalent practical experienceBring FP&A experience from the software or technology industryLead process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projectsS
