We are seeking a strategic and client-focused Product Support Leader to join our team. In this role, you will engage directly with clients and client sponsors to understand business needs, lead discovery sessions, support onboarding activities, communicate product capabilities, and drive successful client programs and initiatives. You will serve as a trusted advisor on product features, technical inquiries, and issue resolution across installation, operation, maintenance, and product compatibility matters.This role partners closely with internal pre-sales, product management, implementation, and technology teams to represent the voice of the customer, influence product innovation and roadmap decisions, and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in securities-based lending, strong workflow and process management skills, and the ability to translate market and client needs into meaningful product enhancements and business outcomes.Responsibilities:Lead client discovery sessions, onboarding activities, implementations, and other client-facing programs and initiatives.Engage directly with clients and sponsors to identify needs, gather requirements, resolve concerns, and recommend solutions.Serve as a subject matter expert on product features, functionality, technical inquiries, and compatibility matters.Partner with pre-sales, product management, implementation, and technology teams to influence product design, innovation, and roadmap priorities.Represent the voice of the customer by analyzing client feedback, proposed requirements, and industry trends to drive product enhancements.Define product features and support adoption strategies that enable informed business decisions and improved
