What you’ll do:As our Customer Value Engineer you own our most valuable accounts once the rollout is done and make sure every customer gets maximum value out of our product.Most of your time you're with customers: driving adoption across sites and teams, building ROI models and running strategic QBRs that prove monetary value to decision makers. You build lasting relationships from site managers to C-level, spot expansion opportunities into new business units and geographies and qualify them before Sales gets involved. Working closely with our Forward Deployed Engineering team, you bring customer feedback from the field directly into our product development.You love owning accounts end-to-end and turning customer success into revenue?
