Our team exists to ensure financial accountability and enable informed decision-making at every level.ResponsibilitiesBuilding trusted partnerships with Technology leaders by understanding business drivers and translating them into financial models and forecastsLeading annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes in collaboration with Product and Engineering teamsDeveloping operational metrics and financial reporting that identify cost optimization opportunities and efficiency improvementsDriving continuous improvement in finance processes to enhance accuracy, scalability, and speed across planning cyclesPreparing executive-level content for Board presentations, quarterly business reviews, and leadership meetingsWhat We're Looking ForDemonstrate 5+ years of experience as a finance business partner supporting technology or product organizationsApply financial analysis and modeling skills to solve complex, open-ended business problemsBuild relationships and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels and across functionsCommunicate financial insights clearly and persuasively to technical and non-technical audiencesThrive in ever-changing, rapidly changing environments with shifting prioritiesHold a degree in accounting, finance, or related field, or equivalent practical experience; MBA nice to haveBring experience in Enterprise Software, IaaS
