Our Coverage A Product Design and Development team is hiring a Consultant or Assistant Director to help ensure our customers have the right coverage at every stage of their policy.Coverage A (dwelling coverage) is central to how we protect our policyholders' homes. Our team owns Coverage A determination and experience across all channels and transaction types - spanning dwelling feature collection in the quoting application, third-party vendor Replacement Cost Estimate (RCE) calculations, and more!In this role, you'll identify opportunities to improve the Coverage A determination experience through in-depth research and analysis, directly influencing our go-to-market design. This is high-visibility, high-impact work that meaningfully drives value for both our customers and our business.Please note: This position may have in-office requirements depending on candidate location.
